A community website helps streamline communication between the Board and Homeowners, keeping a record of communications. A custom website allows for ease of communication between Law Enforcement, EMS, and the Board.

Hosting is fully managed by us, taking the burden of server maintenance, updates, and security patches off your shoulders. We ensure your website runs smoothly, loads quickly, and is protected against online threats—without requiring you to become an IT expert.

What if I need Technical Support?

Technical support is available! Backups of your website are performed like clockwork, giving you peace of mind that we truly have got this. Whether you’re building your first HOA site, or migrating from a legacy system, you’ll have the tools and support you need to ensure an effortless transition. Our IT team has been answering technical questions since 1999.

Are there contracts, hidden fees, or shenanigans?

Shenanigans? Never. We are upfront about everything we do, including the costs. Our fees are paid up front, or on a schedule, with the majority of the loot paying our team to create your HOA page, and the remainder to ad spend and our servers. We don't do hidden fees! We will give advanced notice when it's time to renew hosting (for year two plus of your HOA site in operation).

What are the fees for a domain name, website creation and hosting?

Capturing a domain name will depend on the name, but a reasonable range is $5 to $35

(paid to a 3rd party Domain Name Service)

Our website creation fee includes your HOA's first year of hosting!

Recurring fees are for hosting and domain name service only, unless additional management is requested

Remember, the annual cost of a domain name is tied to its market value (like digital real estate), and will fluctuate based on the value of the domain.

As general rules:

Better domain names are more pricey.

Relative unknowns can be had for a few dollars per year.

All condominium complex sizes: 2nd year of hosting: $120 (12 months @ $10 per month)
